The map
Every county at once, coloured by who holds the air.
The same FCC licence data as the county pages, drawn nationally. See who leads each county, how deep one operator goes, or who holds a single block market by market. Hover or tap a county for its numbers.

FCC data as of October 4, 2026, 3,221 counties. Totals count spectrum an operator is licensed for or leases in, uplink plus downlink. In the block view each county shows the record covering most of that block; white lines are the edges of the FCC market areas those licences were issued for. The licence-boundary view draws each licence's own area, including partitions inside a county and 2.5 GHz service areas, with 2020 population and MHz-POPs; zoom in to see them. How boundaries and population are worked out. Zoom with the buttons, a double-click, a pinch, or Ctrl/Cmd and the scroll wheel; drag to move. Puerto Rico has county pages but is not drawn on this map yet. A licence shows what an operator may transmit, not what it has built: this is not a coverage map. Download the data behind it.
